个人简介

天津大学长聘教授,博士生导师,智能医学工程教育部工程研究中心副主任。国家优青,科睿唯安“全球高被引科学家”(Highly Cited Researchers),全球前2%顶尖科学家,爱思唯尔(Elsevier)中国高引学者,天津市高层次人才-“海河英才”。博士毕业于中国科学院与哈佛大学。重点针对癌症、神经系统疾病、组织/器官损伤等临床面临的棘手问题,融合材料学、生物学、医学的研究,设计开发具有良好生物相容性与生物活性的智能材料,发展新型生物制造工艺,研究其在生命系统中的行为与作用,探索针对癌症、神经系统疾病、组织/器官损伤以及其他重大疾病的创新治疗策略。以第一/通讯作者在Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、PNAS、Matter、Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Edit.、Chem. Soc. Rev.等学术期刊发表论文60余篇, 所发表论文他引6500余次,其中23篇论文入围“ESI高被引论文”。申请和授权国内外发明专利20余项,获得Nanoscale Emerging Investigators、Wiley & Exploration优秀青年科学家、华夏医学科技奖等科技奖励。主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、面上项目、青年科学基金项目、省市科技项目等10余项。应邀担任Exploration、Biomedical Technology副主编、The Innovation、Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences、Chinese Chemical Letters、Nanomaterials、Current Pharmaceutical Design等SCI期刊编委/青年编委。担任国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划、广东省、河南省、天津市、广州市、深圳市等科学基金项目会评/函评专家。


主要研究方向

1.智能医用微纳机器人的设计与开发

(1)基于Janus异质结构的静脉注射纳米机器人,全身血液循环、精准靶向制导,用于癌症、神经系统疾病(脑损伤、阿尔兹海默病等)、炎症等疾病的精准靶向治疗。

(2)基于肠道微生物的口服微纳机器人,消化道循环、精准靶向腔道病变微环境,用于治疗消化道肿瘤、炎症、损伤,以及脑-肠轴效应研究。

2.先进生物医用材料与器械的开发研制

(1)利用3D打印与其他先进制造技术制备智能医用生物材料,包括智能纳米材料、伤口敷料、人造神经、人造血管、人造器官等。

(2)基于智能诊疗技术,开发便携式、可穿戴疾病诊疗设备与器件。

3.肿瘤神经科学:中枢神经系统与全身肿瘤关系网络图谱绘制

(1)绘制大脑与肿瘤之间的关系网络,解析大脑在肿瘤发生发展中所扮演的角色,明确中枢神经系统、免疫系统、肿瘤三者之间的互作关系。

(2)从神经学的角度出发,开发肿瘤治疗的高端技术手段,开拓癌症的神经学治疗新篇章。
