田红军，天津市第四中心医院党委书记，主任医师，博士研究生导师。享受国务院特殊津贴专家，天津市有突出贡献专家。兼任天津市医师协会心身医学专业委员会首届主任委员、天津市卫健委设备管理质量控制中心主任委员、《中华精神科杂志》等多个专业精神科杂志编委。获天津市“131”第二阶段人才、天津市新长征突击手、天津市五一劳动奖章、中国医师协会优秀精神科医师奖等荣誉称号，被天津市文史研究馆收录在《天津近现代医学史料》精神卫生学专家名录（共7人）。

长期致力于精神医学、心身疾病的临床、科研及教学工作。曾担任科技部国家科技支撑项目评委，天津市脑系专业高评委，《Lancet psychiatry》杂志审稿专家。作为天津大学生物医学工程学科兼职教授、南开大学社会心理专业兼职教授、天津医科大学精神病与精神卫生专业博/硕士研究生导师、英国莱斯特大学博士生导师，近3年以第一/通讯作者发表SCI文章三十余篇，影响因子共计147.763。获天津市科技进步二等奖1项，天津市卫生局科技进步三等奖3项。主编卫生部精神症状学视听教材1部，编写精神科专著3部。

作为现任天津市医师协会心身医学专业委员会首届主任委员，努力开创我市心身医学发展新局面，为广大医师搭建心身医学教学、科研、临床联络交流平台。近十余年来，作为曾经的天津唯一三甲精神心理专科医院负责人、天津市医学会精神病学分会主任委员、中华医学会精神医学分会五、六、七届常务委员、中国医师协会精神科分会委员、中华医学会科学普及分会委员、中国预防医学会精神卫生分会委员、中国残疾人康复协会精神残疾康复委员会常务委员、中国疾病预防控制中心精神卫生中心执行委员，在引领天津精神心理学科发展，构建天津精神卫生服务体系，卫生应急心理援助体系建设，成功组织8.12心理救援，提升天津人民精神心理健康水平方面贡献突出。
