个人简介

邵文威,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。于北京大学医学部获得免疫学博士学位,之后前往美国北卡罗莱纳大学基因治疗中心进行博士后研究,2019年入职天津大学医工院。天津大学“北洋学者英才计划”入选者。以第一作者或共同作者发表高水平SCI论文16篇;主持或参与多项国家自然科学基金项目或天津市科技项目,担任国家重点研发计划子任务负责人。

主要研究方向

1. 基于腺相关病毒(adenovirus associated virus,AAV)的基因治疗;结合免疫学,细胞生物学,分子生物学等,探索并优化可应用于临床基因治疗的AAV载体;AAV基因治疗在免疫排斥中的应用研究;病毒载体在神经系统疾病中的应用研究。

2. 基于脑类器官智能复合体,通过神经信号解码及分子生物学技术协同研究大脑信息处理的底层机制
