个人简介

邵文威,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2015年取得北京大学医学部免疫学博士学位,2016年至2018年于美国北卡罗莱纳大学基因治疗中心进行博士后研究,2019年入职天津大学医工院。主要研究方向为基于免疫学,分子生物学等对腺相关病毒载体在基因治疗领域应用的优化研究,以及病毒载体在神经生物学以及神经系统疾病领域的应用研究。主要研究成果以第一作者发表于《JCI Insight》、《Gene Therapy》等国际主流学术期刊。

主要研究方向

基于腺相关病毒(adenovirus associated virus,AAV)的基因治疗;结合免疫学,细胞生物学,分子生物学等,探索并优化可应用于临床基因治疗的AAV载体;AAV基因治疗在免疫排斥中的应用研究;病毒载体在神经系统疾病中的应用研究。
