个人简介

郑晨光,天津大学英才教授,医学科学与工程学院副院长,天津市脑科学与神经工程重点实验室常务副主任,国家优青科学基金获得者。长年致力于脑功能神经解码与调控研究,通过脑科学、信息科学和统计科学等交叉领域前沿技术实现了多维认知功能的解析、修复和增强。曾获中国工程前沿杰出青年学者人才称号,入选天津市高层次人才计划和天津市创新人才推进计划。主持2项创新特区项目、1项国家重点研发计划项目课题、4项国家自然科学基金项目、2项天津市自然科学重点和面上项目,作为子课题负责人参与科技创新2030“脑科学与类脑研究”重大专项、临港实验室-中国航天员中心人因工程国家级重点实验室“求索太空脑计划”项目等。共发表学术论文四十余篇,以第一(含共同)或通讯(含共同)作者发表SCI论文20篇,含神经科学顶级期刊Neuron, Nature Communications, Cerebral Cortex, Cognitive Neurodynamics, eNeuro;受邀在Neuron和Nature Neuroscience发表2篇前瞻性文章,以主要完成人合作发表Nature Communications,Google Scholar总引上千次。


主要研究方向

课题组聚焦于高级认知功能的神经解码与调控研究,具体为:

1.  空间导航、学习记忆、社交、奖赏等功能的神经集群编码模式与神经节律(theta和gamma)的调节机制研究

2.  决策功能在线解码与闭环调控的神经接口研究

3.  神经退行性疾病(如阿尔茨海默症)和精神类疾病(如抑郁症)的神经编码损伤机制及物理调控研究

主要技术:多通道清醒在体电生理、光遗传、超微显微成像、深部电刺激、超声调控、神经网络信号处理、统计学习算法等

本课题组常年招收生物医学工程、生物学、数学统计、自动化及信息类相关专业的硕/博士研究生;招聘博士后,有神经科学、人工智能、生物学、或者医学背景的优先,掌握电生理和钙成像技术、信号处理者优先,动手能力和学习能力较好或者有其他学术特长的可以放宽专业和技术要求。请有意者提前通过邮件咨询。
